SHIPPING

For shipping, we send products by Lao Post, registered airmail, which takes approximately two weeks to reach most overseas destinations. Once you have sent us your selection, we will send you an invoice via PayPal, including the detail of the shipping cost. As the post office measures in packets of 500g it is often better to buy several items at once to get the most out of the shipping, and we will advise accordingly.

PAYPAL

PayPal is the most efficient way for us to receive money from you, and enables you to charge it to your credit card.

BANK TRANSFER

Alternatively, if you do not like using PayPal you can transfer to our bank account directly, however the transfer fees are quite high and this would be only advisable for large purchases.  If you live in France or Australia you can transfer money to bank accounts there, contact us for details. 

LAOS RESIDENTS

For those who live outside of Luang Prabang you can pay directly to our bank account in Laos in US dollars or LAK (kip). Ask us for prices in kip, we convert to US dollars at our local bank exchange rate.

YOUR CHOICE

The handmade nature of our products means that there are sometimes variations in colour and style. So please be understanding if there are  these variations, we will advise you if the product available differs substantially from the photo in our online shop.
